(hereinafter referred to as the „acquirer“)

took photographs of my person during the ArtMoment painting experience.

I agree to the use of the photographs taken, whether in tangible or digital (intangible) form, for all promotional materials of the photographer, both in printed and electronic form (e.g. website, social media, printed materials).

I also agree that the Acquirer may grant a licence to any third parties to use the photographs, in particular for the purposes of creating the Acquirer's advertising and marketing materials.

I agree that the photograph may be altered, used as part of an ensemble work, or used only in part.

I am entitled to withdraw my consent at any time by sending a written or electronic withdrawal of consent to one of the above-mentioned contacts of the publisher.
